We can provide you with the complete wedding stationery package, including design and print of all the items you need. However we are equally happy to provide you with artwork only, so that you can get items printed yourselves. It's entirely up to you.

Important information!

It is your responsibility to obtain permission for hymns or poems or other copyright items to be printed within your stationery.

Once you have signed off the proof from the printer this means that you take final responsibility for your finished items. We cannot be held responsible for any errors that have been approved, so please bear this in mind when you are checking everything.

Turnaround times for stationery can vary, depending on design and print finish. To avoid disappointment we recommend that you get started on your stationery at least 4 months in advance of your ceremony.

We strongly recommend that you order coordinating stationery such as evening invitations, reply cards, menus and table name cards at the same time as your invitations, as this will save you money on the cost of production as well as time - which can only be a good thing! We cannot guarantee delivery of items ordered less than six weeks before your ceremony.

Whether choosing a design from the collection or commissioning us to create bespoke stationery for you, we will provide you with a full estimate before we start any work, so you know upfront how much your stationery is going to cost. To get started, we will require written confirmation of your order along with the agreed deposit and a complete set of content; including names, dates, venues and wording, plus any fabric samples you wish us to colour match (don't worry, we will let you know exactly what we need from you). Once we have recieved everything, we will then either personalise your chosen collection design or produce your bespoke design choices and provide you with proofs of your items as a PDF document by email for you to approve or choose from.

Printing
Once you are happy with your proofs, we kindly ask for written confirmation that you have checked all content and are ready to proceed to print, along with any remaining fees. We will then send your artwork to print and you will be provided with a hard-copy proof from the printer (so will we) to check that everything is ok. (Please note that at this stage, unless an unlikely technical error, any changes that you wish to make will incur an additional charge). Once you have signed this proof, the printer will produce your stationery, we'll check it looks perfect, and we'll package it up with a bow and some love and send it out to you.
